Our company, M3 Components, is a manufacturing company providing volumetric pods, wall panels and prefabricated MEP components for medical facilities. Our value proposition to owners is that we deliver medical facilities better, faster, and provide higher value by standardizing design and manufacturing volumetric pods, LGS wall panels with inwall MEP, multi-trade overhead rack systems and manufactured kit of parts. Over the next five years, M3C will have reduced the build time of medical projects by 30% and decreased overall cost of construction by 30%. This is not to say that we will no longer offer traditional construction services to our customers, being able to self-perform multi-trade construction is strategically vital.
As we continue to live our company’s mission and work towards our vision, we are challenged by shifting our team from a purely construction-based company to an innovative manufacturing company. For M3 to make this shift, we need to hire a Project Executive dedicated to collaboratively working with the project teams and customers from design, to manufacturing, onsite construction and installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, while providing a top tier customer experience.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Understand and become an ambassador of our mission of “Leading the Evolution of Construction” and help us evolve the company and the industry as a whole.
- Come up with and/or assist on innovative new product development and R&D efforts.
- Be highly organized, quality focused, process driven, detailed-oriented, and efficient.
- Understand metal stud framing, industrialized construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, finishes and healthcare construction.
- Be versed in 2022 CBC and HCAi construction standards, processes and inspection requirements.
- Business development, Client management, marketing and negotiations.
- Be versed in contracts including IPD/IFOA, PO’s, warranty, risk management, terms and conditions.
- Perform oversight of all project activities, functions, resources, financial performance, CO’s. budgets and metrics.
- Collaborate with client, owners, consultants, M3 Teams, and GC’s to ensure excellence in customer service.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to company policies, standards, and systems.
- Exercise decision making by considering other departments within the company such as BD, estimating, accounting, purchasing, manufacturing and service, etc.
- Responsible for fostering company safety culture and accountability on all projects.
- Improve recognition of M3C brand using online media posts, articles and through presentations and trade shows.
- Assist in implementation of lean, training, development, continuous improvement and OKR’s.
- Improve operations, customer experience, processes, methods, culture and quality.
- Develop and coach, project managers, project engineers, modelers, manufacturing, and Teams over all divisions.
- All other tasks, activities and duties required.
- Look, listen and learn. Understand the company, the Team, and the current process.
Outcome:
- Develop and maintain relationships based on trust and excellence in service.
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, IPD, IFOA, and Master Agreements, etc.
- Maintain a financially healthy project and generate 8% net profit.
- Manage, coach, train and develop a high performing project team with a high Cultural Engagement Score.
- Secure repeat work with healthcare Customers.
- Ensure manufactured components, mechanical, electrical and plumbing project scopes are aligned, defect free, on time and on budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project.
- Computer proficiency with Revit, Stratus and StrucSoft knowledge would be a plus.
- Min 3 years’ experience with finishes, metal stud framing, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- 10 years’ experience with general construction project management.
- Strong, trustworthy verbal and written communication skills.
- Estimating experience in commercial framing or general construction with a focus on healthcare, preferred.
- Experience with prefabrication, modular and manufacturing (DFMA) is desirable.

Salary Range: $150,000/year - $180,000/year DOE
