Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain Grand Welcome properties
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing and sanitizing all surfaces, replacing linens, making all beds, etc.
• Clean under and behind furniture
• Laundry at the home, if needed (minimal)
• Identify and note any damages to homes.
• Create maintenance work orders, as necessary

• Collect and remove trash and debris
• Meet and maintain Housekeeping and Sanitizing requirements
• Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
• Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
• Other responsibilities as assigned

RESPONSABILIDADES DE TRABAJO:

• Limpieza y mantenimiento profesional de las propiedades de Grand Welcome
• Barrer, trapear, pasar aspiradora, quitar polvo, lavar y desinfectar las superficies, replazar la ropa de cama
• Limpieza abajo y atras de muebles
• Lavar en la propiedad, si es necesario (minimo)
• Identificar y anotar cualquier dano a las propiedades
• Crear ordenes de mantenimiento, cuando sea necesario
• Vaciar los botes de basura
• Mantener requerimientos de limpieza y desinfeccion
• Reponer los articulos consumibles como jabon y productos de papel
• Assistir todas las reuniones individuales y del equipo.
• Otras responsabilidades asignadas

Requirements

• Two (2) or more years of experience
• Reliable transportation

• Weekend availability

• Attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 lbs

• Dos (2) o mas años de experiencia
