Position Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, new-hire orientations and schedules for a smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
- Assist with creation of offer letters, manage background checks, send new hire welcome kits
- Responsible for new hire data into HRIS and Ease (Benefits tool)
- Coordinate with Payroll and Finance team to ensure accuracy of data entry and auditing
- Assist in the upkeep of organizational chart
- Manage harassment trainings
- Work with third party administrators on all leave of absences across multiple states, including FMLA, STD, state paid leave programs, parental and family leaves.
- Other benefit projects and assignments as necessary
- Assist with immigration requests
- Support with special projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field.
- Five plus years of demonstrated success as an HR Generalist
- Fast paced startup experience is a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Experience using ADP or other HRIS tools
- Understanding of payroll and benefit deductions
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of regulations, compliance and reporting requirements
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong customer service focus with ability to work with confidential information and consistently exercise good judgment
Salary Range:
The base salary range is $85,000-$100,000 per year
This position will be eligible for bonuses and stock options.
