Full Job Description
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Professional is responsible for administering payroll and benefits, employee trainings, handling employee information maintenance and other Human Resources (HR) related functions.
Responsibility:
· Payroll & Benefits
o Process semi-monthly payroll, and any interim process
o Review employees’ timecard for accuracy and for compliance with labor laws
o Audits payroll entries for discrepancies and errors
o Review ADP (Payroll Service Company) reports, and prepare payroll reports for approval
o Prepare and submit journal entries
o Process and respond to garnishment notices
o Manage year-end payroll process and employer ACA reporting
o Ensure the benefit plans (401K, Health insurance, etc.) of the company are administered in compliance with the Plan document and with the regulations
o File necessary forms to government, Form 5500, EEO-1, etc.
o Coordinate 401K committee meetings with committee members and 401K advisors as needed
o Assist employees with inquires and issues related to payroll & benefit
· New Hire and Termination
o Manage, coordinate and conduct new hire orientations
o Assist termination process
o Conduct employee exit interviews & prepare last paycheck
· Employee information maintenance
o Input and maintain employee records (new hire, transfer, personnel & payroll data updates, termination) both in computer system and in personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality
o Prepare monthly and other HR related reports as assigned
· Perform other HR duties as assigned
Expected base salary: $60,000~$80,000 (the salary offered will depend on several factors, including your years of experience, level, education, training, and comparison to other employees already in this role)

Requirements
· 0-3 years of HR work experience
· Familiarity with ADP & ERP or other HRIS system to maintain employee data preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field
· Bilingual in English and Korean
· Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
· High degree of confidentiality and discretion
