We are currently looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering justice and fair compensation to those we serve.
As an HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our HR department, this role is pivotal in fostering a supportive and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be the glue that holds our team together, providing guidance with discretion and integrity. This is a critical position for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and for maintaining a positive and engaging work culture.

The following Key Responsibilities are but not limited to what is expected from the HR Generalist:
- Talent Acquisition and Integration: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle and facilitate the seamless introduction of new employees into the TorkLaw team.
- Employee Engagement and Resolution: Act as the initial contact for all employee issues, offering confidential and professional conflict resolution and support.
- Professional Growth and Performance: Spearhead training initiatives to bolster team capabilities and manage performance evaluation efforts to ensure alignment with the firm’s goals.
- Regulatory Compliance and Benefits Management: Maintain HR practices in line with legal standards and manage employee benefits, ensuring clear communication and understanding of entitlements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- 8+ Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong ethical foundation and discretion with sensitive information.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
