Human Resources (HR) Manager

RoseRyan, a leading accounting firm based in Silicon Valley, is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join their team.

As the Interim HR Manager at our client, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the HR function and driving HR initiatives that support the company's growth and success.

As the HR Manager Consultant, you will partner with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
• Partner with the executive team to drive organizational development and culture initiatives.
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair practices.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiar with SOX or worked in a publicly traded company
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Process driven
• Use Excel Spreadsheets on a regular basis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.

Hourly Range: $75/hr to $90/hr DOE
