We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Influencer and Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team. As a Influencer & Digital Marketing PM, you are the conduit to all things talent, creator, influencer and digital for your team and client. The Project Manager makes the day-to-day activities happen and will be responsible for managing projects and campaigns on social media with influencers, and will involve planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns on various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
As a Project Manager on the team, you will work closely with our co-founders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of campaigns that align with the client's brand and business objectives. You will have a proven track record of creating and implementing effective social media strategies that drive engagement, followers, and leads. You will also have strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Owning end to end talent/influencer engagement: talent identification, outreach & negotiation, briefing, reviewing creative briefs as well as contracting and performance review.
- Developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with the client's brand and business objectives.
- Looking at the horizon of up to 6 months and planning accordingly.
- Managing the day-to-day running of your accounts. Planning project resource, leading status meetings, and internal timings and development.
- Owning the process; strategy & research, creative ideation, execution, legal and production.
- Collaborating with the management team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of campaigns.
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using social media analytics tools and providing regular reports to clients.
- Managing client relationships, including communicating campaign updates, addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Leading and managing a team of social media specialists, as needed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination and management
- Proven work experience as a Social Media, Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in developing and implementing effective social media strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, and experience managing campaigns across these platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- Has experience working with celebrities, talent, and/or influencers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience managing a team of social media specialists is a plus.
