Full Job Description
Control Risks is hiring a Intelligence Analyst to support our client's Intelligence and GSOC teams. The successful candidate will have experience in providing forward looking intelligence analysis, as well as being able to help understand the needs of the corporate security team to help improve internal processes.
- Identify key measures that achieve long-term business goals and objectives and provide guidance on complex issues in partnership with Corporate Security leadership
- Align projects and initiatives to organizational strategy by utilizing business drivers, goals, and objectives
- Build, grow and maintain relationships across the company and Corporate Security to better understand what’s important to Client stakeholders
- Address complex operational and strategic challenges by understanding key business drivers that impact the organization
- Identify macro trends and their effects on Corporate Security’s risk-mitigation strategies and be able to translate strategic direction into actionable plans
- Collect, analyze and synthesize complex datasets and information into influential deliverables, including but not limited to high-level reports, executive summaries, and briefing decks
- Present findings in writing, verbally and through charts and diagrams, to Client stakeholder groups, including executive level personnel
- Monitor government and private sector intelligence sources; provide appropriate analysis and recommendations
- Work with team to identify, monitor, research, analyze and provide warnings regarding emerging threats and trends worldwide that may impact security planning and potentially impact the stability of its operations
Requirements
- 2-5 years prior related corporate intelligence, or global risk and threat intelligence, analysis experience in a professional environment required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google workplace suite
- Ability to collect and compile relevant data into reports and visualizations
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to present in a graphic format to Client stakeholder groups
- Ability to multi-task and balance competing requirements

The base salary range for this position in California is $75000-$85000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per California SB 1162.
