Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves helping others? Frontline, LLC is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic IT Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic team! As a Tier 1 Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch service and solutions for their IT challenges. The salary range for this job is $50,000 - $58,000 per year, and is onsite at our location in Bubrank, CA.
Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with user account management, and maintaining a positive rapport with our clients. You'll be instrumental in making sure our customers feel supported and understood every step of the way!
Your Role Includes:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a smile.
- Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues with a focus on friendly communication.
- Documenting tickets clearly and efficiently in our system.
- Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 support while keeping clients updated.
- Assisting with user account administration and software installations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support environment.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
