We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist based in Los Angeles. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer system and software problems.
- Install, configure, and update software applications.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new computer systems.
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve system performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer systems and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a plus.
