About Codi
We're on a mission to empower companies to thrive and employees to love their work lives. Codi creates a flexible workplace solution designed for the way people work today, with hospitality at its core. WFH is lonely, coworking doesn't build your company culture, and brokers offering multi-year leases give you headaches. We built Codi to break the status quo. We're simply the fastest, easiest, and most flexible office space partner. More than a space provider, Codi becomes a company's growth partner, adapting their spaces to the team culture and growth needs.
In the role
We’re looking for a San Francisco, Junior Operations Associate to join Codi as the 5th member of the Codi Operations team. You will enter a transformative tech company at the ground level and become an instrumental part of its growth. You'll join an A-level team of professionals from highly successful leading companies, such as Airbnb, Lyft, WeWork, Sonder, Postmates, Peloton, and many more. You will report directly to the City Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and plan the setup and breakdown of workspaces, including internet services, floor plans, and furniture logistics; assisting as necessary.
- Schedule and liaise with local Codi contractors to ensure readiness for their tasks.
- Foster positive relationships with local vendors, supporting them through clear, consistent communication and collaborative project management.
- Manage logistics for warehouse and supply deliveries, ensuring smooth operations.
- Develop and update SOPs to optimize workspace operations.
- Manage schedules for visits and troubleshoot any pre-launch issues at workspaces.
- Provide weekly updates on workspace status’ and operational trends.
- Collaborate with the Office Experience team, contractors and vendors to maintain workspace facilities, coordinate services, and enhance workplace experiences.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at our workspaces and warehouse to ensure adequate supply.
Requirements
Who are you…
You’re a self starter. You like to work independently and collaborate effectively with your peers. You’re excited about working with an early-stage startup, love hospitality operations, multi-task better than the rest, and thrive in project management. ☕️
You are obsessed with details. You have a hard time leaving a space until everything looks perfect. The devil is in the details. 🤝
You execute better and faster than anyone. This is your superpower and you know it. No task is outside your wheelhouse – if you don’t know how to do something you’ll figure out how to make it happen. We move fast, and you’ll have no problem keeping up. 🏃♂️
You focus on impact. You prioritize your time and energy to the most important tasks of the day. You see each day as an opportunity to deliver meaningful value to the Codi world. You set yourself specific goals, execute quickly on them, and meticulously iterate. 📈
You enjoy assembly. Yes, you love tech and changing the world, but there’s nothing like putting things together with your own hands! 💪
You love tracking things. You keep track of assets, timelines, tasks. You love project management, know the importance of discipline and thrive in both. 📊
For us, life is an adventure. There’s a blurred line between work and play. We know that sometimes the best work isn’t restricted to 9-6. We just go with the flow, we’re flexible, and enjoy the ride. 🏄♀️
