Key responsibilities:

- Develop, build and maintain relationships with our partners across the electronic music industry.
- Establish and execute growth strategies in your region with the wider North America Revenue team.
- Ensure the region’s most important and strategically valuable promoters/venues are signed up to use RA.
- Prepare and present client partnership pitches in person, on calls and over email.
- Showcase and share knowledge about the full scope of new/existing RA products.
- Cross-department collaboration throughout the sales, onboarding and delivery process.
- Managing key clients on-sales, announcements and delivery of events.
- Opportunity to travel to key cities for client meetings and industry events.
We’re looking for:
- 1-2 years account management / sales experience
- Embedded within the North American scene with existing network
- A passion and understanding of electronic music culture is fundamental
- Track record of effective communication, both personal and digital
- Outgoing personality who builds networks quickly
- Ability to win new business, bring on new partners and exceed targets
- An understanding of digital advertising would be advantageous
What we offer you:
- Generous annual leave policies, including a company-wide closure period at year-end, aimed at promoting work-life balance.
- Flexibility in working arrangements, offering hybrid or remote work options based on role requirements and location.
- Matching pension schemes and/or 401k.
- Comprehensive staff wellbeing initiatives, featuring regular activities and workplace programmes to support mental and physical health. This includes provisions such as Mental Health Days, subsidised therapy, discounted Classpass memberships, and custom-fitted earplugs.
- Company-led social events, team lunches, and discounts on RA merch.
- Paid annual volunteering allowance, encouraging contributions to community projects and charities you care about.
- Regular company-wide Q&A’s with senior leadership, along with ongoing virtual educational training sessions for all staff.
- A transparent internal company culture committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (see: https://ra.co/about/diversity).
- Active involvement in community projects within the electronic music community (see: https://ra.co/about/community).
