Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning technologies to revolutionize animation processes, from pre-production to post-production.
- Innovate in the field of character animation and simulation, using AI to create more lifelike, dynamic, and emotionally expressive characters.
- Develop advanced algorithms for automated scene rendering, color grading, and lighting, enhancing visual effects and overall film quality.
- Collaborate with animators, artists, and technologists to integrate AI tools that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and unlock new creative possibilities.
- Drive research in machine learning techniques to advance motion capture, facial recognition, and real-time animation, ensuring cutting-edge technology integration.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- A passion for animation and a visionary approach to integrating technology with artistic processes.
- 6+ years of experience in machine learning and AI, preferably with exposure to animation, gaming, or visual effects industries.
- Strong foundation in AI algorithms, data processing, and computational models, with a track record of applying these in creative and innovative ways.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++, with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Huggingface.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across creative and technical teams.
- A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Animation, or a related field.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in developing AI tools for animation, such as automated rigging, facial animation, or natural language processing for script analysis.
- A portfolio that demonstrates successful integration of AI in animation projects, highlighting improvements in quality, efficiency, or creativity.
- Familiarity with 3D animation software (like Maya or Blender) and real-time engines (like Unreal Engine or Unity).
