Requirements
What do we need?
We are looking for passionate and motivated Lead Fullstack engineers who will build revolutionary products and applications for digital health companies. You will play a pivotal role in leading the technical development and driving innovation within our company.
This will include working closely with clients, requirement gathering, architecting and building front & backend systems, integrating with machine learning models, defining data structures, and running quality assessments.
You will have the opportunity to create global digital health products!
Engineering Outcomes
- Build dynamic, end-to-end, and innovative software products and applications.
- Work with databases, servers, APIs, version control systems, and third-party apps.
- Identify anti-patterns and implement improvement plans to ensure the application's scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
- Driving technical decisions and ensuring that software development processes and best practices are followed.
- Hands-on experience working on user-facing products, ensuring seamless user experience and functionality.
- Lead agile practices for development and quality delivery.
- Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, approaches, and architectures in the development world.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage project timelines.
- Driving technical projects and providing leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Lead, motivate and mentor team members in achieving project and organizational goals
Key Skills and Qualifications
- An emphasis on technical team leadership including 2+ years experience leading small engineering teams
- 5+ years of hands-on professional experience of developing solutions
- Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, FastApi, TypeScript, React/Node JS, HTML
- Experience with various types of databases (MySql, MongoDB) and common web development tools & services, such as version control software, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in DevOps practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, and automated deployments
- Proven experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and building cloud-native applications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or similar IT background or equivalent practical experience
- Experience using microservices architectures and containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with healthcare companies will be a plus
- Experience with machine learning, data science, and modern AI (Large Language Models) would be a plus
