Tech Firefly is partnering with a healthcare company based in Monterey, CA to hire a Lead Workday Analyst to join our team. As the Lead Workday Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Workday solutions. If you are an experienced Workday professional with strong leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
Full-Time Position
Pay: $118,872 to $158,932 (based on experience)
Location: Remote (Must work PST hours and need to be flexible to travel to office in Monterey, CA on a quarterly basis)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Workday analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed
- Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday modules, ensuring compliance with business requirements and best practices
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements, translate requirements into system configurations and enhancements, and ensure successful implementation
- Manage system upgrades and enhancements, including testing, documentation, and user training
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations for system enhancements
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed
- Stay up-to-date with Workday trends and developments, attending training and conferences as necessary to maintain subject matter expertise
- Prepare and present reports and updates on Workday projects and initiatives to management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations and data management initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have Finance or Supply Chain experience with Workday (HCM experience is a plus but not critical).
- Needs to be adept at implementing Workday from scratch.
- Preference for candidates experienced with Lawson to Workday implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday in a lead or senior analyst role
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
- Experience with configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively
- Workday certification is a plus
