Legal Intake Specialist (Saturday Availability Required)

Responsibilities

• Ensures the timely response from attorney to the prospective clients

• Establishing new client files in CasePeer database, including gathering documents for client cases

• Serves as the primary point of contact and determines the urgency of case flow for clients

• Directs the initial engagement by providing appropriate resources and help based on the client’s needs, geographic location and other qualifying criteria

• Coordinates initial contact and assists in scheduling the client’s primary appointments for medical care

• Performs necessary tasks to help in establishing claims to assist client needs

• Assist with other essential functions of the firm

Requirements

• Associates degree and/or;

• 1-3 years of experience in similar Intake role or legal field
• Available in the early evenings (9am to 6pm)

• Superb verbal and written communication skills

• Experience answering and speaking professionally on the telephone

• Superior customer service skills

• Ability to ask relevant incident-related questions

• Knowledge of personal injury data entry procedures a plus
• Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace experience a plus
• CASEpeer legal management software experience a plus
