Full Job Description
Are you seeking a meaningful, values-driven career in the wellness field? Do you want to work in a collaborative environment that promotes professional autonomy and work/life balance? Are you interested in joining an inclusive and supportive team of clinicians that is led by actual therapists instead of tech investors?
If so, please read on!
The Connective (formerly Wellspace SF) is a female-founded, integrative practice of psychotherapists and holistic health practitioners dedicated to a common goal: guiding, inspiring, and empowering individuals to live more authentic, fulfilling and healthy lives. From navigating personal and professional roadblocks, to achieving optimal health and wellness, our mission is to provide individualized and innovative support centered on the whole person.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently hiring part-time therapists to join our San Francisco based team! As a Connective clinician, you will be responsible for conducting weekly outpatient therapy sessions with your own caseload of private-pay clients.
Our practice serves individuals of all ages as well as couples, families, and corporate-sponsored clients.
Our ideal candidate is interested in working within a private/group practice model while also participating as an active member of a holistic team. They would much prefer to focus their time and energy on providing excellent clinical care versus dealing with the isolation, marketing pressures, and administrative aspects of working independently.
Please note, The Connective is not a private practice incubator for therapists wishing to eventually move into their own private practice. Our intention is to find practitioners who are interested in becoming an integral part of a wellness community and growing with our practice long-term.
HOURS
- Part-time (18-24 hours) with the possibility of increasing to up to 40 hours as your caseload grows.
- Flexible schedules, though initial requirements include working at least two evenings per week (until 8 pm) to meet peak client demand. Weekend shifts may be available but are not required.
- Availability on Tuesdays from 12pm - 2pm for weekly team meetings, trainings, and consultation groups.
LOCATION
- Although some virtual shifts may be arranged, this is an on-site position located at our downtown San Francisco offices (Market & Powell). If you are unable, or unwilling, to commute to San Francisco on a weekly basis, this role is not the best fit for you!
