Looking for a Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our medical clinic team. As an LCSW, you will play a vital role in providing holistic and patient-centered care by addressing the psychological, emotional, and social aspects of our patients' health. You will collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Responsibilities:
● Assesses patient's needs, abilities and behavior using a variety of methods including interviews and direct observation of behavior
● Offers treatment modalities for difficulties relating to mental health problems such as: anxiety, depression, end-of-life issues, addictions, coping with chronic or acute pain or injury, social and inter-personal concerns, and challenging behaviors
● Provides consultation to other professionals, encourages compassionate care integrated with psychological perspectives of treatment
● Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulations
Requirements
Requirements:
● Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) or a related field
● Active license issued by the State of California (LCSW)
● Minimum of one (2) year experience in mental health care
● Prior experience working with people with psychiatric disabilities
● Ability to be flexible
