We are currently seeking licensed and experienced professionals to join our team as a Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). Fixed hour schedule, full time, (part-time available) weekdays hours 8-5. This is an opportunity for a you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking mental health support and treatment. You will be working in outpatient setting in integrated medical primary care clinics with behavioral health department where you primarily work. In addition, psychiatric medication management will be available to comprehensively manage your patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups of all ages, including children
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment
- Conduct crisis interventions and provide support during emergencies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic medical records
- Provide addiction counseling and support for individuals struggling with substance abuse
- Apply principles of applied behavior analysis to assist clients with behavioral challenges
Requirements
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification required
- Strong knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Proficient in conducting psychotherapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Ability to effectively manage crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions
- Familiarity with addiction counseling techniques and resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with children and providing age-appropriate clinical services
