We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. Salary: $120k-$130k per year, plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Understand your patient's problems, decide on a course of treatment and help them cope.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Understand the theoretical framework of your treatment method and use it to analyze specific situations.
- Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy
- Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
- Stay informed on the latest developments in the field
- Be willing to grow and learn the most effective methods of treatment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Got a valid and active California state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to the table, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services
- Show off your knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
