Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Gotham Enterprises Ltd are seeking to hire a compassionate counselor to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The LCSW applies psychological/counseling principles in the following areas: assessment, clinical interventions, research, training, case management, consultation, program development and supervises non-licensed staff (when applicable). Responsibilities will include diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, discharge planning and supervise mental health services provided to participants. Provides a variety of interventions such as individual, group, couple and family therapy in the PACE setting. Involves integrating behavioral health services with the PACE interdisciplinary team and community agencies to ensure appropriate participant care as outlined in the care plan.
Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year, plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Professional Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the California Behavioral Science Board.
- Minimum 2 -4 years experience working with the elderly or disabled adults.
- Master’s in Social Work required.
- Must maintain current BLS certificate. (If not current, must obtain current BLS certification within first six months of association with AltaMed Health Services Corporation).
- Direct experience with evidence based treatments for individual, group & families therapy sessions (Coping with death/dying, Coping with Stress, Cancer support discussion, etc.)
