Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Gotham Enterprises LTD are looking for passionate Therapists for both full and part-time roles. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers. Applicants must be licensed to practice and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, all ages, play therapy experience a plus
• Facilitate sessions with individuals, marriage, or families
• Refer clients to specialists if necessary
• Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs
• Monitor client progress during treatment
• Fully Licensed Therapist (LMFT - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Prior experience in psychotherapy
• Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide
• Help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight
• Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must be licensed in California state LMFT.
• 2+ years of clinical experience. Be able to work with couples as well as individuals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen.
• Have a positive and compassionate attitude.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize needs.
