Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Gotham Enterprises Ltd are seeking to hire a compassionate counselor to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. We are seeking a full-time virtual therapist with a license to practice independently in the state of California. You’ll be building a diverse client base, including uninsured and employer-sponsored clients with various mental health needs (anxiety, depression, insomnia, OCD, PTSD). You’ll get to collaborate closely with our team of experienced clinicians as an FTE Therapist
Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year, plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice independently in California - More than 1 License is a big Plus!
- Master’s degree from a nationally recognized and accredited graduate school of marriage and family therapy
- A Current and valid licensure and in good standing with the Board of Psychology or Board of Behavioral Services (LMFT)
- You have at least 2 years of post-licensure experience within the mental health field
- Tech Savvy (Computer, email, and EMR)
- Experience with Adolescents is a big plus.
