We’re looking for an LMFT who wants to be a beacon of support and guidance for individuals and families. You'll be a part of a group at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. that recognizes the importance of providing compassionate care. You'll be instrumental in changing lives in a variety of ways, from advising with management to providing therapy sessions.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + full benefits

Your Role:

• Provide therapy services that help clients navigate life’s challenges and find meaningful solutions.
• Conduct assessments to determine the best course of action for each client, focusing on strengths and needs.
• Create unique treatment plans for every client, adjusting as necessary to meet their goals.
• Help clients reframe addiction and mental health issues, emphasizing that they are conditions that can be managed with the right support.
• Document client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes meticulously and efficiently.
• Share your expertise with management to enhance organizational health and support a thriving work environment.

Requirements

·         Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

·         Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.

·         Must have experience working with older adults

·         Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
