Full time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our established and accredited team. In this role, you will collaborate with primary medical and behavioral health teams to provide comprehensive care for our patients. Our outpatient program aims to achieve recovery, enhance quality of life, and foster better integration within community and family resources.
Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic support to clients through individual and group sessions.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide immediate support to clients in distress.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to inform treatment planning.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, or presentations on mental health topics for the community or specific groups.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and treatment progress.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in providing mental health counseling services.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
