Job Description:
At Gotham Enterprises LTD, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our expanding team of dedicated professionals. Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions, assessing new client histories and determining appropriate treatment options in consultation with patients and other mental health professionals.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and facilitate program activities that ensure an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.
- Serve as a member of the credentialing committee.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff.
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and circumstances.
- Conduct and document ongoing assessments of patient progress using approved platforms.
- Evaluate and document the effectiveness of patient education, therapies, interventions, and patient responses.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field. (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
- Active licensure in the state of California.
- You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
- You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
- You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
- You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
