Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday to Friday
- No Evenings or Weekends
Salary: $120,000-$130,000 per year plus bonus
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in counseling or related field
- Active licensure: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensure required
- 2 years Experienced in Mental Health Treatment: You have worked with clients who have mental health/mood disorders in residential or outpatient settings
- Collaborative Attitude: You are a team player who is passionate about our mission to foster positive change
- Strong Clinical Skills: You are skilled in motivation interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and documentation
