4. Live streaming planning and account management: Participate in the development of live streaming strategies, including live streaming content, time, frequency, etc; Plan and execute live streaming activities to ensure smooth progress and achieve expected sales targets;

5. Conduct daily data monitoring of live streaming, conduct month on month analysis for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly, continuously optimize live streaming content through data feedback, and improve relevant data indicators;

6. Live streaming product selection and event planning execution: Participate in the product selection process based on overseas market demand and consumer preferences to increase product exposure and sales volume;

7. Real time monitoring of industry trends, conducting competitor analysis, and combining with the current situation of the live streaming room to form effective suggestions and solutions to improve the conversion rate of the live streaming room

Requirements

Job requirements:

1. No experience required, but experience in TikTok/Tiktok personal account operation and internship related to content operation is preferred; I have a strong interest in live streaming e-commerce and am familiar with the operating rules and characteristics of overseas social media platforms.

2. Undergraduate or master's degree holder, with a minimum of four days of internship per week, able to accept live streaming duration and intensity;

3. Personal traits: cheerful personality, patience, good stress resistance and innovation ability; I have a strong interest in the new media industry and am willing to continuously learn and improve my professional skills.

4. Fluent in both Chinese and English, suitable as a working language;

Benefits

Salary: $16 per hour, with exceptions for outstanding candidates;
