Position Summary:

We are looking for a responsible individual to perform as a Logistics Billing Coordinator in Billing System Administration, vendor payment, customer service and financial activities including payments, reporting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor internal systems for data omission and request correction as needed.
- Assist with customer service email responses including current AP status report, aging analysis, and communication of expected delivery date.
- Perform data/invoice collection for payment approvals through internal systems and tabulating and monitoring transaction and other fees.
- Manual post charge encoding in system and collecting evidence per carrier.
- Conduct rate cost modifications across internal system for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for system processing.
- Assist team in producing regular/Ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Work Location: San Diego, CA 92154 (Onsite)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PPT, Words) Required.
- 1+ year of related logistics administration/business support Preferred.
- Ability to identify standard problems within the delivery cycle and makes a recommendation to provide a solution to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Needs to understand various requests from customers(bilingual) directly, which it is critical point to improve productivity and better coordination of tasks in Settlement Part

Your base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows you to progress as you grow and develop within the position. The base pay range for this role is between $26.00 ~ $34.00/hour, and your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
