Full Job Description
As we're looking to expand our presence, we're planning to bring on our first full-time person in the marketing team. This is a great opportunity to work with our entire team, to experiment and find the best path forward. We'll rely on your knowledge and experience, but you'll also have the full attention of our entire team to help brainstorm and ideate things.
You'll likely have a few years of experience, but we understand that marketing is a broad field and that you might not be an expert at every single aspect of it. This is what we anticipate that this role will entail:
- Kick off and ramp up our social media presence
- Determine what platforms you believe we should advertise on (e.g. Google, Twitter, Facebook)
- Launch small-scale campaigns on those platforms > experiment with the learnings > scale up over time
- Analyze the performance of paid and non-paid posts and initiatives
- Find other clever and relevant ways of getting the word out there
- Dig deeper into the marketing aspects that interest you the most; this role is just as much (or even more) about allowing you to become a stronger marketer, as it is to think of the company's needs
