Job Overview:
PSQ Productions is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, hourly role involves working both in our office and on-site at live and commercial entertainment events. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies, managing social media, and ensuring effective event activations, content support, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Activation Support:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activations for live events, including coordinating with vendors and managing logistics.
- Support the setup and execution of promotional activities, street team programs, and other marketing initiatives at events.
- Ensure all activation materials and promotional items are prepared and delivered according to plan.
Content Support:
- Help capture and create content during events, including photos, videos, and live updates, to enhance event visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to manage social media content calendars and ensure timely posting of event-related content.
- Support the development and editing of marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and event objectives.
E-Blasts and Email Campaigns:
- Assist in designing, scheduling, and sending e-blasts to targeted audiences, promoting events, and updates.
- Manage email lists and track performance metrics to optimize engagement and response rates.
Community Partnerships and Cross-Promotions:
- Work with community partners such as schools, local organizations, and businesses to develop cross-promotional collaborations.
- Coordinate with these partners to create group packages and special offers to drive event attendance and increase brand awareness.
- Foster and maintain relationships with community contacts to explore new partnership opportunities.
Social Media and Content Management:
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content to align with marketing strategies and event timelines.
- Engage with social media followers and event attendees, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across social media channels by curating and managing content effectively.
Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:
- Support the execution of digital advertising campaigns, including tracking performance and preparing performance reports.
- Assist in creating promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and digital ads to support marketing efforts.
Partner and Sponsor Coordination:
- Aid in managing relationships with venue partners, sponsors, and cross-promotional partners.
- Assist in developing and distributing content that aligns with partner goals and ensures effective communication.
Signage Design and Management:
- Support the design and creation of event signage, including banners, posters, and directional signs, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and event requirements.
- Manage signage inventory, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining stock levels for various events.
- Coordinate the sourcing of signage materials and vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Oversee the allocation and distribution of signage assets to ensure they are properly deployed at events.
Data Management and CRM Support:
- Help collect and organize customer data, survey responses, and feedback to inform future marketing strategies.
- Support the maintenance and development of the CRM platform, including updating customer information and tracking engagement.
Administrative and Communication Support:
- Provide administrative support, including preparing presentations, generating reports, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with the proofing of marketing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
General Duties:
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing techniques to contribute fresh ideas to the marketing team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager to support overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably within the live or commercial entertainment sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with e-blast tools and email campaign management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various settings, including office environments and on-site at events.
