Full Job Description
The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is seeking a professional Marketing Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help drive brand awareness through fostering relationships, etc.
- Establish lasting relationships with industry-related professionals
- Coordinate, schedule and attend networking-related meetings/visits, etc.
- Promote new business through face-to-face interaction, communication and marketing collateral
- Generate leads by analysis, research, etc.
- Represent the business professionally
- Provide status field marketing reports on a consistent basis
- Attend events (i.e. non-profits, community engagements, tradeshow/ conferences)
- Participate in other creative marketing projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years applicable experience (i.e. building relationships, customer service, marketing, outside sales, and/or experience working in a personal injury law firm)
- Must have reliable transportation for local travel to medical offices, events, meetings, etc.
- Superb listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Self-motivated, flexible to change, dependable, and reliable to deliver results
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- CASEpeer legal management software experience a plus
