Seeking for Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
We are looking for licensed mental health providers to join our rapidly growing counselor network. We have been actively recruiting for diverse counselors including LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or similar credentials to meet the needs of our client population.
We fully support our counselors by allowing them to do what they are trained to do, in order to provide accessibility, integrity, and quality care to our clients. We equip mental health professionals with the tools and resources they need to reach their career goals.
The Role:
100% remote full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
You will provide assessment and treatment services to stable, low acuity adults who present with a wide range of mental health needs. Our goal is to assist individuals by helping them develop the necessary skills to improve their quality of life.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via video chat
- Use solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
- Develop effective and individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients
- Help clients develop insights into their experience, feelings, and relationships
- Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan, and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state.
- Three (3) years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders preferred
- Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
- Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.
