Looking for a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California
We are in need of a highly-motivated mental health therapist that is friendly and welcoming to clients and their families. We are looking to find someone who is either experienced or willing to learn, with a positive personality, great people skills, great attitude, upbeat, energetic, organized and a hard worker to keep up with the pace! We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing/excited to provide services to varying ages of individuals
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
● Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
● Provide individual and potential family, marriage, and/or group counseling sessions dependent on expertise
● Provide mental health screenings and assessments to determine treatment needs
● Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
● Master's Degree in Psychology/Social Work. (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
● Must have a license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Counseling (LPCC), Social Worker (LCSW)
● Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
● Experience with children, families, and couples
● Knowledge of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling
