Multimedia Production Specialist

The Transformation Center of Bethel Church serves the inner-healing and deliverance needs of Bethel Church in Redding, CA as well as helping clients across the globe. We are the birthplace of the international Sozo ministry. Our current services include Sozo, counseling, coaching, and an addiction program as well as a variety of specialty services. This in-person position is based at our office in Redding, CA. We are looking for a skilled Multimedia Production Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in creating and producing high-quality multimedia content that aligns with our mission and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Transformation Center's team to develop creative concepts for multimedia projects
• Plan, coordinate, and execute multimedia productions, including video shoots, live streams, recording sessions, and photography sessions
• Operate and maintain multimedia equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio recording devices, and video editing software
• Edit and post-produce multimedia content, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to established timelines
• Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance multimedia projects
• Manage and organize multimedia assets, including video footage, audio files, and photographic images
• Stay updated on the latest multimedia trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of the Transformation Center's multimedia content
• Attend TC staff, marketing team, and supervisor 1:1 meetings
• Available M-F between the hours of 8-5 to respond to supervisor requests and attend meetings.

Salary Range : $8,300.00 - $12,480.00/yr

Work Hours : 10-15 hours/week , with the possibility to expand hours in the future.

In-person work schedule negotiable.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in multimedia production, including video shooting, editing, and graphic design/creation
• Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Experience operating a variety of multimedia equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices
• Strong creative vision and ability to develop and execute creative concepts
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of photography principles and experience in photo editing is a plus
• Experience in managing and organizing multimedia assets is a plus
