Online Tutor

The Dracaena Centre is seeking dedicated and experienced Online Tutors to join our team. As an Online Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the education and development of students from the comfort of your own home.

Your main responsibility will be to provide online tutoring sessions to students in various subjects, tailoring your approach to meet their individual learning needs. You will work closely with students to identify their strengths and weaknesses, develop personalized learning plans, and administer assessments to gauge progress and understanding.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education, patient, and skilled in explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. You should be comfortable using online learning platforms and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of the subjects you will be tutoring in and be able to adapt your teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Comfortable using online learning platforms and technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Patience and a passion for helping students succeed.
