Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our workspace runs smoothly and efficiently. This role offers significant ownership over the management of office, facilities and events as well as assisting the VP of Finance & Operations, and facilitating the overall success of our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of office and facilities management
• Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Help with corporate filings and compliance
• Coordinate information with benefits and insurance providers
• Address employee inquiries and be a key resource for our team
• Provide day-to-day support to the VP of Finance & Operations and CTO

What We're Looking for:

• A self-starter with a proven history of independent success
• Strong ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• A willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment
• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or HR
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with Rippling, Bill.com, or QuickBooks is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in our San Francisco office
• US Citizen or permanent resident

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $115,000, with the final offer depending on factors such as your qualifications and experience.
