Are you an experienced business-to-business sales representative?
Do you understand how to help companies by selling them the proper technology solutions for their business problems?
As the Outside Sales Representative , you will be pivotal in executing the company’s growth strategy. You will be in contact with C-level execs, VPs, and Managers at small and medium-size companies in Los Angeles, to assist them to solve their business needs with managed IT services.
This position typically involves sales professionals who spend a significant amount of their time outside the office, meeting with clients, visiting their businesses or locations, and conducting face-to-face meetings. Here are some key aspects of the role:
- Prospecting: They identify and prospect new potential clients through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and other methods.
- Client Visits: They regularly visit clients' offices, facilities, or job sites to understand their needs, demonstrate products or services, and negotiate deals.
- Relationship Building: Outside Sales Reps focus on building strong relationships with clients through personal interactions, which can lead to deeper trust and more effective sales.
- Driving Sales: Their primary goal is to close sales by presenting solutions that meet client needs and addressing any objections that arise.
- Reporting and Planning: Outside Sales Representatives often need to report their activities, sales progress, and plan their schedules to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Base salary of $85,000/yr + quarterly spiffs and commissions for new clients.
Job Duties:
- Build relationships with prospects through different prospecting methods/lead generation.
- Outbound calling and appointment setting
- Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential.
- Follow up and qualify all sales leads.
- Close sales and follow through to assure appropriate delivery.

Who You Are:
- You have strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently while still being part of a broader sales team
- Ability to understand, position and successfully sell technical solutions with the highest level of integrity
- Use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customers’ business requirements
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and “lean” business environment.
- Possess the personality to successfully engage with C-Suite executives and senior managers
- Proven track record as a strong prospector
Requirements
- Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience)
- 3 - 5 years of successful business to business sales experience
- Proven ability to reach, access and secure meetings with appropriate decision makers
