TorkLaw, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Paid Media Buyer to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while playing a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategies.
Under the direction of the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid media strategies that align with Torklaw's marketing goals.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to enhance targeting and ad performance
- Monitor, analyze , and report on campaign performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
- Work closely with other marketing team members to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in paid media buying or digital marketing
- Certifications in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint a plus
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Buyer, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
- Strong knowledge and experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other display networks.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimizations.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
