Part time Caregiver needed 4p-9p

We are seeking a skilled and experienced caregiver to provide standby assistance and support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for a client in El Cajon. The ideal candidate will work from 4 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Sunday, offering consistent care and ensuring the client's safety and well-being. Experience with Purewick systems is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide standby assistance to ensure the client's safety during ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with skilled care tasks as needed, following the care plan and guidelines.
• Utilize Purewick systems for incontinence care.
• Monitor the client's condition and report any changes to the office.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a caregiver, particularly with skilled care tasks and ADLs.
• Familiarity with Purewick systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate care with others.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of the client.
• Reliable and punctual with a consistent work history.

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Active Home Care Aide status (Unsure? We can show you how!)
• Proof of negative TB results
