RoseRyan, a renowned accounting and finance consulting firm, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join their team. As a Payroll Coordinator at RoseRyan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for the firm's clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather payroll data, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations. Responsibilities
- Collect and process payroll data from various sources, including timesheets and employee records
- Calculate and input payroll information such as hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Review and verify accuracy of payroll data to ensure all payments are processed correctly
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Generate payroll reports and distribute to internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
- Assist with year-end payroll activities and reporting
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration or related role
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including tax withholding and benefits
- Proficiency in payroll management systems and software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
DOE $40 to $50/hr
