About the Role
As the Performance Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Growth at Impact Theory University, you'll be at the forefront of driving our mission to transform lives through self-improvement courses, coaching, and community engagement. Each day, you'll leverage your expertise to push campaigns towards profitability by meticulously optimizing every aspect of the marketing funnel—from captivating ads to compelling funnels and irresistible offers. Your role is pivotal in utilizing a data-driven approach to test, refine, and scale our marketing efforts, ensuring that every campaign not only resonates with our audience but also maximizes ROI. In this dynamic environment, your ability to analyze performance, adapt strategies, and innovate continuously will fuel our growth and enhance our impact on individuals worldwide, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
Your Responsibilities
- Own Conversion Rate Optimization(CRO) efforts (A/B or Split Testing)
- Run high-impact tests that move the needle or provide learnings
- Develop Customer/Prospect avatars for target audiences
- Develop/Improve offers through methodical testing
- Execute and manage the paid media marketing.
- Monitor performance and provide recommendations.
- Define/test audiences, offers, and messaging
- Develop creative paid media campaigns aligned with strategy.
- Develop and execute a data-driven creative testing pipeline
- Track the performance of marketing campaigns, offers, ads, etc
- Own Data/Reporting
- Paid media conversion/event tracking
- Hubspot CRM/CMS data
- Analytics/Reporting Dashboards
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in paid media marketing and advertising.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B or Split Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM/CMS and familiarity with analytics and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to develop and execute data-driven testing pipelines for creative and campaign optimization.
- Experience in audience segmentation and development of customer/prospect avatars.
- Creative aptitude for developing compelling offers and messaging.
- Solid understanding of paid media conversion and event tracking mechanisms.
- Ability to run impactful tests that lead to significant learnings or improvements in campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work at the HQ office, 5 days a week, in West Hollywood, CA
Compensation range for this role is $120k to $140k depending on experience.
