Bergsen is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Purchasing Manager in driving our procurement success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks for the Purchasing Manager.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient operations.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments, suppliers, and clients.
- Support in creating and maintaining strategic purchasing plans.
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to efficient supply chain management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a procurement or purchasing environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks independently and efficiently.
- Understanding of procurement processes (preferred but not required).

Salary Range: $113,000 - $127,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
