As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases. You will assist with case management, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and communicate with clients and other relevant parties. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our clients' cases.

Salary $80-95k
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury case preparation and management.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
- Draft and file legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Organize and manage case files, including indexing and maintaining document databases.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions.
- Assist in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and coordinating with expert witnesses.
- Stay updated with changes in personal injury law and relevant legal procedures.
Requirements
- Associate degree or certification in Paralegal Studies.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
- Proficient in legal research and case management software.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
