Full Job Description
The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is currently looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Our firm is composed of experienced and dedicated professionals committed to helping clients injured by the negligence of others.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate treatment with new clients at intake level to ensure seamless communication and treatment as needed.
- Coordinate medical appointments for clients at all stages of cases, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Confirm with providers that treatment is occurring and address any concerns with the client.
- Provide health providers with case status updates.
- Identify and research new medical providers in the area.
- Track referrals and doctor lead sources.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Treatment coordinator or similar role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent telephone customer service etiquette and support.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening and written) and effectively organized.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.
- Team-oriented and independently capable.
- A strong desire to expand knowledge of personal injury law.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
