We’re seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our outpatient office as a full-time Physical Therapist. If you're passionate about making a difference in patients' lives while working in a fun, energetic environment, we’d be excited to hear from you.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 shorter days, 2 extended days)
Location: West Los Angeles, Yuba City, Roseville
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, progress reports, plans of care, recertification reports, and reexaminations, in a timely manner.
- Adhere to Medicare and private insurance compliance standards and office procedures.
- Ensure clinical notes are accurate and up-to-date, and completed according to office policy timelines.
- Exhibit professional etiquette and a caring approach that upholds healthcare behavioral standards.
- Show empathy, kindness, and a high level of care to every patient you interact with.
- Build strong, communicative relationships with patients to ensure they feel supported and committed to their treatment plan.
- Utilize time management skills effectively to maximize patient interaction and care.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Physical Therapist license in California, in good standing.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, with a strong passion for hands-on patient care.
- Expertise in manual therapy and familiarity with EMR systems (preferably WebPT).

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 annually
