Full-time Physical Therapist
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our expanding rehabilitation team. Our mission is to empower clients to achieve optimal health and performance through personalized, evidence-based care and innovative training programs. In this role, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support, while also having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day.
Salary: $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits and health insurance
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Patients Volume is 1-2 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Administer the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
- Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
- Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients progress and submit clinical paperwork to the office on time each week.
- Notify physical therapist or Director of any equipment failures and/or lack of supplies
- Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
- Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
