Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and disabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform initial evaluations on patients to assess their condition and develop treatment plans

- Design and implement personalized treatment programs for patients to improve their mobility, strength, and flexibility

- Monitor and document patient progress throughout their treatment plan

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and exercises to continue their progress outside of the clinic

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Stay current with advances in physical therapy techniques and participate in continuing education opportunities

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
