Plumbing General Manager

We are hiring motivated, hungry Ex (or Current) Plumbing and HVAC Professionals to join our team as General Managers!

ROOTER HERO is a leading provider of plumbing services in the Sacramento area, known for our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and innovative solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the growth of our business.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plumbing company, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers while meeting our financial and operational goals. You will lead a team of skilled professionals and work closely with them to maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

We offer a base salary of $125,000 - $300,000, Plus a bonus opportunity of up to 50% and Equity in the Company

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the plumbing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of plumbing services and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in the use of business management software and technology.
• Must be able to obtain Home Improvement Sales License (California)
