👩🚀 What you should bring
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience designing digital products and systems. You have helped ship products that solve real problems, and that people use.
- Ability to unravel complex conceptual issues and a keen sense for the most intuitive mental models that help users quickly gain value from the product
- A well-rounded skillset and experience working independently, within a team. We’re small but mighty, so you’ll need to lead the charge at times.
- Commitment to understanding the behaviors, motivations, and goals of our users and act as an advocate on their behalf
- Strong visual design and communication skills
- Ability to deliver polished, high-fidelity designs using modern design tools. We use Figma.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
